I have been friends with Curtis and Vali for over 10 years. You may recognize Curtis as one of our highly recommended videographers, Curtis Nemetz Productions and Curtis has 2nd shot weddings for us in the past.  7 1/2 years ago these two became one, and it was my very first wedding ever. Let’s just say I was a bit “green”. We and they have both come a long way since then, and to commemorate their anniversary this past summer we shot a day of portraits around the city. It really doesn’t get more fun then that day, hanging with your besties, living it up in the city. Much thanks to Natalie Bowen Designs for the gorgeous bouquet and boutonniere’s, and to Joanne Encarnacion for the rockin’ hair and Daisy Barajas from Limon Salon for doing make-up, and lastly to Curtis and Vali for bringin’ the magic!

Scott and Tina, or should I say “scottina” as they go by, were such a great couple to work with and I can’t wait for their wedding at Cornerstone in Sonoma this summer. From their dog Milo, to shooting in the lab where they work, to finishing off the shoot with a bottle of wine on top of their parking garage this engagement session had it all.  It is shoots like this that are a perfect example of why I love my job, getting to spend a perfect afternoon in San Francisco capturing moments in a beautiful love story.
